JIMKO Estates Ltd is a registered real estate company in Uganda that deals in Real Estate, Land Surveying and Land documentation. We are privileged and honored to serve our Country, Uganda in the Real Estate Industry. We sell plots of land (Mailo), survey land and process transfer of titles. We have estates on major roads that link all parts of Uganda to its Capital, Kampala. OUR ESTATES;

1. MATUGGA KAVULE ESTATE = Ugx 5 Million
Situated 6 km along the Ssemuto - Kapeeka highway from Matugga town off Bombo Rd to Kavule trading centre. The Estate is exactly 1 km off the highway from Kavule with easy site access. The distance is a 25 minutes drive from Makerere University. The Estate has a good view of Mwererwe Seminary and is less than a km away from the government football pitch projects whose construction is underway.

The Estate is also along the route that leads to Kitungwa Trading Centre that comprises a petrol station, primary and secondary schools, hostel, health centres and a nursing school.
